Greetings!

I'm a writer and surfer born and raised in beautiful north county San Diego, where I lived until leaving for college at the University of California, Santa Barbara. While studying, I began my first writing job and knew I wanted to pursue a career in writing. After graduating, I embarked on some world travels, making my way through Asia before spending a year living in Australia. Throughout my time abroad, I worked as a freelance writer, and spent the next few years copywriting full-time for a couple of tech startups in San Diego. In the midst of the pandemic, I landed my most recent full-time role at the crossroads of tech and surfing at Surfline, where I worked as the in-house copywriter, then senior copywriter, then brand marketing lead for five years.

Three years ago, I permanently relocated back to the Gold Coast of Australia, and am currently looking for my next role. I am searching for full-time, fully or partially remote copywriting roles based either in Australia or the United States, and have full working rights in both countries. I am also open to freelance projects, whether you're redesigning your website, launching a new brand, need some help with social media, or anything else writing related.
